Natalie Williams

Natalie is Virginia’s Administrative Assistant and Moderator of the R.E.S.T.™ Podcast. After growing up in Southern California, Natalie went to school in New York, NY for cinematography, voice-over and acting. Upon receiving her degree, she returned to California where the events of the next three years sent her to Virginia as a client during the Covid Pandemic in 2020. Natalie quickly grasped the concepts of R.E.S.T.™ and offered her Type A personality, creativity and artistic skills to contribute to the cause that spoke to her soul.
