Service Description

After almost thirty years of study, contemplation and experience, I have come to comprehend and successfully use several essential modalities for examining the relational, emotional and spiritual truth which facilitates the rest necessary for healing. During our time together, I will expound on R.E.S.T.™ and the Reconstitution Method. Simultaneously, we will examine the foundations that shape our lives and address challenging issues that cause us to live with significant states of dis-ease. In addition to sharing valuable resources to engage you in thought-provoking conversations and activities, much-needed time for reflection and self-examination will be provided. Day of R.E.S.T.™ Overview: Friday: 5:30pm-8:30pm @ the Office of Virginia Dixon The Brain's Affect on Healing Individual Assessments Light Appetizers Saturday: 9am-4:30pm @ THE Villa R.E.S.T.™ and the Reconstitution Method Individual EVOX Body Scans Lunch *Friday evening is provided as an added benefit and does not increase or decrease the cost of your Day of R.E.S.T.™.

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited availability, we require a 3-day notice prior to the event for a full refund. If you need to cancel, please email REST@TenderHearts.com or call 949-289-5935 no later than 5pm on the Tuesday immediately prior to the event. If you cancel outside of this deadline, your registration will be applied to a future Afternoon of R.E.S.T.™.
